![]() ![]() Backed down from 200 in 2.4beta due to aforementioned reasons Scroll and close buttons are always centered now in any resolution/aspect ratio.Scrolling should be disabled when you are close to the bottom of the window so it doesn’t interfere with resizing. Before it would only scroll in some cases when you were well outside the window boundaries. Scrolling to the left or right in windowed mode should feel right. There were several clipping bugs when the window was at a 4:3 aspect ratio. Tech tree should show up properly at all scales on both the left and right side.Make sure any unique unit is not visible by more than one civ. Implementation of unique unit with purple legend entry, and purple boxes for all unique units. This feels like one of the most significant non-beta patches we’ve had since launch and we’re excited to have you check it out! For the particularly astute, there are a few changes between beta 2.5 and the official release as well, including a performance improvement aimed squarely at the command lag. Again all of the patch notes below are between 2.3 and 2.5 since the vast majority of players will be making this jump next time they sign in. I’ve been jumping between 2.3 and 2.5 quite a bit over the last few days, and I think a lot of players will see some great improvements to the game. As always, if you have any issues – first try creating a new player profile from within the game. If you have been running the 2.5 beta, the beta will disappear today and you will be moving to official 2.5 directly (Verify the game cache if you don’t see an update downloaded). ![]() Steam should automatically update your game from 2.3 to 2.5 the next time you restart your steam client. ![]()
